Siegel and Dunn, Inc is a 26 year old Consulting Firm that works primarily with privately held companies on world wide basis that are in trouble and faced with problems with people, finances or markets OR that are out of trouble but are seeking greater profitability. The Firm provides Professional Consulting Managers for Turnaround or Crisis Management and Cash Flow Forecasting either by remote communications or by on site assistance. The Firm also conducts a highly skilled conflict resolution service and delivers seminars on managing growth profitability to the software technology industry.

The Firm began in 1977 as a Turnaround Consultancy and subsequently developed its core competencies working with clients in over 25 industries world wide. Today, the Firm continues its' Turnaround Practice assisting troubled companies to "stop the losses" and to return to profitability usually outside of a formal bankruptcy proceeding.

In today's economic environment worldwide, the skills of a turnaround manager are badly needed by many companies who are experiencing reduced sales, unstable cash flow and the loss of profitability. Additionally, these same skills will apply when economic conditions improve, Companies financially weakened by the economic downturn will need help to meet the challenge of renewed growth.

These difficult economic times have also caused the development of conflicts among managers, shareholders and their families in privately held companies. In most cases, a third party professional can bring new ideas in seeking a resolution to the conflicts.

As a result of extensive experience with the World Wide IBM Business Partner Community, the Firm has developed a software company management practice. This Practice concentrates on assisting technical owners and managers to stabilize their companies in a down economy and to position themselves to achieve growth and profit as conditions improve.
